Location is very good..directly opposite Roma Termini central train station. You can go to airport by train or airport shuttle or go to other cities like Florence, Venice etc. Many eateries nearby so it is convenient. Can take subway at the station to Colosseum etc. Owner is friendly but speak only Italian and Mandarin.

Very friendly and nice people are in the staff. The room is cleaned everyday. Wi-Fi is free. Internet speed is enough to speak by Skype without any problem. There is a small hotel with small rooms. The room overlooks the yard. There is a WC and shower in the room. No noise. The 6th floor. Good location near the railway station Termini.
There are no breakfasts, but this is not a big issue.

Close to train station/metro
Besides the fact that Blue Rain was close to the train station, it was in a very dodgey area. My sister and I had to wait outside buzzing and buzzing to get in but there was no answer and he had emailed to ask what time we would be arriving too! We searched for a phone number and found two similar ones, it was one digit off. We called and we could barely understand each other. Then we comes walking up the sidewalk from somewhere. Let's us in to this dodgey walk-in area. And takes us up to the 6th floor. I think really a guy just bought the sixth floor of an apartment building and turned it into a hostel-ish area and called it a hotel. He showed us to our room, which was very big, but very cold. He was so unpleasant the whole time. Then I went to talk to him about payment and wifi and all the other things, and he said to pay now so I said okay and pulled out a card but he wouldn't accept cards! I showed him my print out and said it says on here you accept cards and he kept saying no no no. So he had to call his daughter who could understand english (he is a chinese man who also speaks italian) and she and I talked and she said he is supposed to take cards. While I was on the phone with her he left again! And someone kept trying to buzz up for about 5 minutes while I was waiting there at the "front desk". There is one bathroom for all the guests with no lock. My sister did not feel safe to the point of tears and we checked out the next morning. But he was not in so we had to call him. He couldn't understand again so he put me on with his son this time. He said that he would be there in 15 minutes. He came 40 minutes later. Again tried to not accept my card, but I stuck with it and said I was paying with card. We left as quickly as possible and checked in to yes Hotel on the other side of the station which we managed to book that horrible night at Blue Rain.

Easy to excess to anywhere around town because of its location
The fact that the hotel is not actual hotel, it's more like a large apartment of an old building that has been renovated & adapted into hotel /hostel. There is just a small little name tag on the buzzer said "Blue Rain" that didn't seem to have anyone to answer or response to the buzz. It took me nearly an hour before I could get into the hotel with a huge assistance from Booked.net.I Recommend to go somewhere else that more professional & reliable and look more like a hotel
